Quite simple; it’s fun and a wonderful opportunity to work together with three passionate people, all wanting the same and bringing different, complementing qualities to the team. I feel together we can achieve a lot.
To create safe and happy bubbles for people to come home to. A space and a place in which they can be themselves, can flourish and bring their best. In more formal language, it’s about inspiring people to connect with themselves and with others, in order to create a better understanding.
In a business context this takes shape through developing leaders.
So, what do you do?
In short, all I can to contribute to the growth of people and organizations. I love the creative bit around designing and developing change- and development programmes that work. I enjoy facilitating those, train leaders, coach people.

Quite a few. For me those would be people like Mandela, Tutu, Malala Yousafzai and Boyan Slat among others. One of the most inspirational leaders for me however was my father. His way of being with people, making time for young and old, regardless of background, position and role in society combined with his humility are an example to me.
